Overview
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs for telecom facilities across multiple PA sites.

Tasks
-Inspection: Inspect new installations to ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations. -Installation & Modification: Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment systems. -Process Adherence: Work within established procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. -Communication: Effectively exchange straightforward information, ask clarifying questions, and ensure understanding. -Lead by Example: Model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values. -Lighting Maintenance: Maintain lighting systems throughout the facility, including cleaning fixtures and replacing bulbs and lamps. -Groundskeeping: Maintain property grounds by performing tasks such as raking, sweeping, leaf blowing, and snow removal. -Work Order Management: Review assigned work orders, estimate time and material requirements, and order necessary supplies to complete tasks efficiently. -Emergency Response: Respond quickly and effectively to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance when required. -Impact & Efficiency: Directly impact the quality of your own work and contribute to the overall efficiency of the team. -Maintenance & Repair: Perform assigned day-to-day repairs, respond to emergencies, and execute preventive maintenance tasks. Maintain accurate and complete upkeep and repair records. -Compliance & Safety: Adhere to all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency directives, and company policies related to building operations and work safety. -Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose and repair a variety of installed systems, including plumbing, kitchen equipment, roofs, drains, shop equipment, and HVAC systems.

-Analytical Skills: Experience with analyzing information and applying standard practices to make sound judgments. -Organizational Skills & Curiosity: Strong organizational skills and a naturally inquisitive mindset. -Education & Experience: High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 2-3 years of job-related experience. A combination of experience and education will be considered. -Application of Knowledge: Demonstrate a working knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them. -Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to utilize existing procedures to effectively solve standard problems. -Physical Requirements: Meet the physical demands of the role, including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift and carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more. -Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. -Diverse Skill Set: Perform welding, carpentry, furniture assembly, and locksmith tasks as needed.
