Design and lead .NET cloud solutions on Azure for customer‑facing systems

Tasks

-Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality, maintainable code. -Contribute to continuous improvement of software development processes and tooling within the team. -Ensure optimal usage of Azure infrastructure across customer-facing applications. -Collaborate with stakeholders and business leaders to translate requirements into software architecture that aligns with business goals. -Monitor and evaluate system performance, identify bottlenecks, and lead initiatives to improve reliability, scalability, and maintainability. -Act as a technical ambassador across teams at Price Industries, helping other groups integrate with customer-facing systems in a scalable and consistent way. -Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies and proactively apply them to improve architecture and technical practices. -Set technical direction and provide guidance across the Customer Facing Systems team, enforcing consistency, long-term maintainability, and architectural integrity. -Design scalable, secure, and reliable cloud-based systems leveraging Azure services and .NET technologies. -Develop proofs of concept and evaluate new technologies to support informed decision-making on technical direction.

What You Bring

-Experience working with .NET technologies, including C#. -Understanding of microservices architecture. -Experience with WPF and .NET desktop applications. -Deep understanding of Microsoft Azure products and their application in enterprise-scale software design. -Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. -Excellent communication skills for working with cross-functional teams. -Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a collaborative environment. -Familiarity with tools like SQL Server andNoSQL databases. -Experience designing scalable cloud-based software solutions. -Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). -8+ years of experience in software development, including at least 1–2 years of architectural design and technical leadership. -Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). -Ability to communicate complex technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
