Tasks

-Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace -Conduct factory testing and complete quality documentation -Assemble mechanical and electrical components for BESS enclosures -Perform AC and DC wiring (22 AWG to 500 MCM) -Use hand and power tools to cut, crimp, and terminate wires -Read and follow wiring diagrams, schematics, and assembly instructions -Operate forklifts and follow OSHA safety procedures (if trained) -Use Microsoft Office products for documentation and work instructions

We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembler to join our production team. This role will involve mechanical assembly, AC/DC electrical wiring, and testing of our Battery Energy Storage Systems. The ideal candidate is a hands-on individual with an interest in quality work, safety, and continuous improvement. This is a great opportunity to develop your technical skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment. -High school diploma or equivalent (required) -Experience with large conductor wiring (preferred) -Forklift operation experience (preferred) -Familiarity with OSHA and ISO procedures (a plus) -0–2 years of relevant experience in electrical assembly, manufacturing, or production -Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills -Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
