Tasks

-Set productivity goals, measure performance, and drive continuous improvement. -Oversee jobsite safety requirements, ensuring compliance and proactive reporting. -Provide technical direction and ensure the overall quality of work meets high standards. -Create and maintain efficient construction schedules and coordinate with trade partners for labor, materials, and equipment. -Cultivate and maintain effective, professional relationships with project team members, including owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners. -Plan, coordinate, and supervise field operations for a range of projects, from simple to complex.

What You Bring

-OSHA 30-Hour Certification. -Strong collaborative skills and a commitment to continuous growth and development within the industry. -Knowledge of Alternative Project Delivery Methods (APDM), including Design-Build, Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR), and Job Order Contracting (JOC). -10+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction, including new construction, renovation, and tenant improvement projects. -Proficiency in technology including Microsoft products, Bluebeam, Viewpoint V6, Procore, and Primavera. -Understanding of Lean Construction practices and the Last Planner System. -Experience managing highly sensitive projects within educational, municipal, and healthcare settings is essential. -Familiarity with building codes and the ability to interpret plans and specifications.
