-Must have strong communication skills -Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or architectural engineering with a mechanical focus from an ABET accredited university or college. -Minimum of 3 years of building design and construction industry experience -Must have a knowledge base of mechanical engineering principals related to building mechanical designs -Must be proficient with MS Office Suite -Passed the Fundamentals of Engineering exam -Experience with Autodesk Revit -Experience with AIA MasterSpec -Experience with Autodesk AutoCAD -Knowledge of mechanical engineering and sustainability principles -Experience with Carrier HAP or similar HVAC load analysis program
