Tasks

-Ensure project delivery, technical compliance, and high-quality documentation. -Act as BTS Lead, overseeing end-to-end design, development, and implementation of ICT and security systems for mega-scale projects. -Provide technical guidance, mentorship and design assurance for multidisciplinary teams. -Coordinate and manage multiple stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure alignment and smooth project delivery. -Manage the integration of ICT and security systems across complex project environments. -Lead, guide and review technical design of ICT and security infrastructure, ensuring compliance with global and local standards (BICSI, TIA, MOI,..etc) and client requirements.

What You Bring

-Strong background in ICT and security systems, with proven experience on mega-scale projects in the region. -Leadership capabilities to guide teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver challenging project conditions. -Minimum 10 years of proven experience in ICT and security engineering with a track record of successfully leading large-scale or complex projects. -Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, ICT, Systems Engineering, or a related field. -BICSI certification preferred; additional ICT/Security-design related professional certificates are an advantage. -Relevant engineering or ICT degree; advanced certifications a plus.
