Strong foundation in systems architecture, which is typically gained from at least 3 years in an architect or lead role.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow development best practices, including Flow Designer, Integration Hub, scripting (JavaScript, Glide), data model design, and CMDB architecture.
Familiarity with SOX compliance, ITIL framework, Agile / Scrum methodologies, and enterprise governance models.
Experience working in global, multi-region environments.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical, non-technical, and executive audiences.
Demonstrated success in delivering enterprise-scale implementations and integrations.
3+ years of proven expertise in ServiceNow architecture, design, and governance across ITSM and at least one other major product suite (e.g., HRSD, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, SecOps)
7 years of experience with ServiceNow is preferred.
Serve as a bridge between leadership and technical teams — able to communicate complex technical details in simple, actionable terms.
Strong understanding of platform performance, scalability, and security considerations.
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in at least one area (HRSD, ITSM, ITOM, etc.).
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required, or must be achieved within 180 days of hire.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong track record of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners/consultants to drive innovative solutions and achieve enterprise objectives.
