The Role

Overview

Perform cleaning, maintenance, and safety tasks for the facility.

Tasks

-Perform all cleaning tasks noted on the checklists and as directed by the facility manager/supervisor to ensure that all dirt, dust, litter, and debris are removed from all areas of the facility. -Report any known, observed, or suspected violations of company policy, safety hazard, or any unusual occurrence(s) to the regional and/or account managers in a timely manner. -Responsible for safety and security of company equipment. -Empty all trashcans in the garage, the booth, and the office. -Pick-up and delivery of winter supplies, sand, salt, fuel, power equipment, vehicles, etc., as applicable per location. -Maintain an inventory of janitorial supplies and submit requests to re-stock supplies as needed. -Report any known accidents or violations of Company policy, safety hazards, or any unusual occurrence to the local manager in a timely manner. -Shovel, plow, or blow snow from the entrance or exit ramps and in areas designated by the Facility Manager if and when needed. -Sweep and pick up around the entrances and exits to the garage and stairwells, as well as clean surface area rails, etc. on all levels, the booth, the office and rest rooms, as directed. -Operate necessary equipment for cleaning and maintaining the facility.

-Thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way. -You are at least 18 years old. -Customer service: 1 year+ -Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach to everyone you meet. -Energetic, outgoing and can stand, run, and carry items, up to 50lbs, if needed. -Must posess a valid driver's license, if applicable
