-Participate in both classroom learning and hands-on training -Goal To train individuals with little or no HVAC experience to become Maintenance Technicians at Coolray Heating and Air. This program provides a strong foundation for rapid advancement into a Maintenance or Service Technician role or other career paths within the company. -Take part in regular assessments to track progress and understanding -Engage in weekly ride-a longs with experienced technicians in the field
