Tasks

-Reimagine & design the organization’s internal and external learning solutions. -Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure content accuracy and relevance. -Support talent development initiatives such as onboarding, mentoring, and career development. -Develop a new onboarding experience for all new hires that reflects Prysmian culture & values. Identify gaps in processes and work with relevant stakeholders (hiring managers & talent acquisition team, HRBPs) to ensure the onboarding experience is consistent and delivers excellence. -For North America region, track training and evaluate training ROI and own global sustainability training reporting. -Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and leadership development programs. -Develop instructional materials, e-learning modules, and job aids. -Work closely with the global team to cascade and support organization learning and development programs and goals. -Keep up to date on developments and innovations in training and education in cross industry sectors so that the organization’s training activities remain current and relevant. -Support in the management of ongoing relationships with external consultants and training providers to ensure that the organization receives satisfactory standards of service. -Implement the organization’s learning and development strategy so that the skills and performance of employees meet the organization’s current and future needs. -Liaise with functional leaders & regional HRBPS to conduct training needs analysis, design, develop and manage the best delivery of learning solutions that complement our business needs but are consistent with the global and regional training strategy.

What You Bring

-Have experience in professional and leadership development -Experience with leadership development or coaching programs. -6+ years of experience in Learning & Development Area specialized in training design & delivery. -Strong Microsoft Skills, with a focus on excel and power point -Have strong communication skills at all levels of organization, Intercultural intelligence -Possess strong content development ability -Proficiency in learning management systems (WorkDay Preferred) and e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Easy Generator). -Thrive in a fast-paced environment -Experience managing external vendors a plus -Experience with needs analysis, curriculum design, and adult learning principles. -Familiarity with data analytics and learning evaluation models (e.g., Kirkpatrick). -Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills. -Be able to simplify the complex, create structure, and generate innovate solutions -Previous experience in manufacturing a plus -Certification in instructional design (e.g., ATD, CPLP, or similar). -Strong design, facilitation, and presentation skills. -Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or related field (Master’s preferred).
