What You Bring

10+ years of work experience at least 5+ years of experience in construction administration. Project Architect with the ability to work independently in the Construction Admin phase of multi-family projects, answer RFI's review submittals, conduct on site walk throughs / inspections of the work, review of applications for payment etc. Experience with AIA docs, comfortable with Bluebeam, Autodesk Revit and Microsoft Office Suite of Tools
