Perform preventive HVAC maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs on commercial systems.

Tasks

-Maintenance: Inspect, clean, lubricate, and calibrate HVAC systems (air handlers, boilers, chillers) -Customer Service: Advise clients and ensure system efficiency -Documentation: Record maintenance activities via company iPad/iPhone -Safety: Adhere to regulations and company standards -Repairs: Diagnose issues, perform minor repairs, and assist with complex repairs

What You Bring

-Required: 2–5 years HVAC experience, EPA Certification, high school diploma/GED, valid driver’s license, pass drug/background checks -Required: Hand tools, drills, Sawzall, manometer, multimeter, refrigerant gauges -Physical: Lift 75 lbs., work in confined spaces, wear PPE -Preferred: HVAC apprenticeship or technical training
