Tasks

-Develop relationships with Fischer Homes, LLC Sales Managers and Market Presidents in their assigned division to ensure our Mortgage Loan Officers are engaged in assisting Fischer Homes, LLC Sales Counselors to achieve 80% capture rate and sell more homes. Solicits feedback on successes and opportunities. -Ensure that established operational policies and procedures are followed and suggest policy changes as appropriate. -Plan, organize, and establish a course of action for self and/or others to accomplish specific goals. Allocate resources appropriately, monitor results, and follow up. -Recruit and select, in conjunction with the National Production Manager, Mortgage Loan Officers, Mortgage Loan Officer Assistants and Closers with strong potential for success. -Make decisive, timely, and appropriate decisions, choosing from among several alternatives. -Achieve a high level of customer satisfaction, both internal and external, by ensuring that Mortgage Loan Officers set proper expectations with customers so that Victory Mortgage, L.L.C. can deliver on its promises and meet its objectives. This is measured by obtaining a “would recommend” rating for at least 95% of the branch’s closings.

What You Bring

-Clearly express ideas in writing as well as orally. Listens effectively. -2+ years of leadership experience. -Possesses vision, organizational and extra organizational awareness, and the willingness to lead. -2+ years of Mortgage Loan Officer experience. -Adaptable: Ability to maintain effectiveness in varying environments and with different tasks, responsibilities, and people.
