Tasks

-Assist in Lean process improvement activities -Participate in data quality and assurance efforts, including validation and clean up tasks -Develop new and update existing procedural resources -Attract the private sector capital investment needed to expand New York’s clean energy economy. -Participate in meetings, assist with notetaking and follow up on action items -Document and update business processes and procedures in the NYSERDA Confluence Platform -Overcome barriers to using clean energy at a large-scale in New York. -Enable New York’s communities and residents to benefit equitably in the clean energy transition. -Coordinate process improvements with Teams across the Authority -Assist with maintaining contracts through the contracting lifecycle -Capture/Create/Curate images and screenshots

What You Bring

-Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of programs, particularly Excel -Current, full-time college student, preferably pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Project or Operations Management, or a related field -Ability to write clear and concise communications -Familiarity with business and/or technical writing -Skilled in managing multiple activities, delivering on commitments, and operating with speed, accuracy, and strong judgment -Strong professional work ethic -Comfort in working with data and technology
