The Role

Overview

Perform general building maintenance and repairs across various systems.

Tasks

-Assist with emergency maintenance situations. -Respond to service requests for various maintenance tasks including electrical, furnaces, lighting, HVAC systems, appliances, pipe systems and plumbing, etc. -Always follow safety procedures. -Conduct routine preventative maintenance to plant equipment or building automation systems and any components of the facility’s systems. -Perform general maintenance and repair work in electrical, air conditioning, water heaters, plumbing and other building maintenance areas.

What You Bring

-Experience with CMMS and computer proficiency preferred. -1-3 years’ experience in building repairs and maintenance. -General knowledge of maintenance trades (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and/or general building maintenance) -High School Diploma or GED. -Skills Trade Certification preferred. -Valid driver's license required.
