What You Bring

-Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or Engineering (HNC/HND considered). -Professional membership (or working towards) with RICS, CIPS, or ICE preferred. -Ability and willingness to work collaboratively on-site with project teams to deliver success. -Full UK driving license and access to a car for business travel. -Effective communication, teamwork, and leadership skills. -Strong understanding of NEC4 contracts and contract strategies, or similar forms. -Client-focused, commercially astute, and skilled in fostering collaboration and accountability.
