Tasks

-Provide technical support and troubleshooting for MyBarnhart users as needed. -Work under the direction of the LMS Administrator to support IFS/LMS integrations and assist in creating tools for new application development. -Support the management and development of the MyBarnhart database infrastructure, including integrations with AWS, Power BI, Excel, and IFS. -Collaborate with IT and key stakeholders to sandbox, test, and implement new solutions that improve system performance and user experience. -Assist in developing and implementing technical solutions for MyBarnhart applications, requiring a comprehensive understanding of the LMS functionality and system design. -Maintain documentation of development processes, system configurations, and integration points. -Utilize proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and general coding to develop and maintain LMS tools and features. -Assist in developing reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support decision-making and training performance metrics.
