Overview
Analyze Medicaid processes and provide daily support to ensure efficiency

Tasks
-Learn, understand, and follow Federal and State laws, Federal and State Medicaid laws, rules, regulations, standards, and State Policies related to programs of public assistance -Speak to clients and transfer their call appropriately -Perform added case management responsibilities as needed -Obtain Medicaid renewals from the client system and disperse work amongst team daily -Access available computer inquiry systems to obtain necessary verifications -Work closely with the client to securely collect application documents via digital files (pdf, jpg, etc.) -Keep track of all metrics for the month and present to leadership -Document all case management details using eligibility system -Follow all CAI and State Security requirements -Transfer cases to the appropriate pool accordingly -Attend one on ones and staff meetings to stay informed about processes and procedures

What You Bring
-Ability to remain seated for extended periods and work in a stationary position at a desk -Ability to analyze financial calculations. -Fluent in English -Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor -Ability to problem solve. -Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc. -Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite -Ability to work 100% onsite -One year customer service experience -Transportation to/from office, dependable and on-time -One year data entry experience -Knowledge of Medicaid or Public Programs of Assistance eligibility -Index verifications as necessary -High school diploma or equivalent -Outstanding organization skills with strong attention to detail -Strong written and Bilingual communication skills -Be available to work a minimum of a Saturday a month, if necessary -Strong written and verbal communication skills
