Tasks
5. Route invoices to project management for approval 6. Oversee document workflow 4. Track and reconcile subcontracts as they are billed In this role, you will support our accounting team, project management, and office staff in entering all incoming invoices into the accounting system and ensure all vendor payments are processed correctly. This role works closely with a team on collecting and entering information into our accounting system, ComputerEase. Organization and excellent communication is a large part of this role. This is a salary exempt position. 8. Ensure proper communication with our vendors, accounting team and project management team 1. Enter incoming AP invoices into ComputerEase 10. Prepare 1099’s, credit applications, and misc. reporting when requested by Controller 3. Ensure that all necessary data is being code correctly to both the general ledger and job cost ledger 9. Print and process check payments -Sits, reaches and lifts intermittently throughout the workday. Lifts, pushes, pulls, and moves equipment, supplies, etc., of ten (10) pounds throughout the workday.

What You Bring
2. Familiar with AIA invoice formatting 9. Experience working within a fast paced accounting department. 11. Experience with ComputerEase is a plus. 10. Proficient in Excel and Word. 8. Bachelor's Degree preferred. 7. Subcontractor compliance including but not limited to insurance, lien waivers and billing support -Understanding of construction accounting and job costing is a plus. -Excellent communication skills and ability to deal with vendors, field workers and office staff. -Communicates using English language. -Ability to sustain a high level of energy and be passionate about the work. -Sees and hears or use prosthetics that will enable these senses to function adequately so that the requirements of this position can be fully met. -Uses telephone and computer extensively throughout the workday. -Ability to use judgment and discretion; to keep confidentiality; to exercise tact and diplomacy. -Ability to establish goals and priorities: perceive and analyze situations requiring attention and perform duties in a timely manner often under pressure. -Strong verbal, written, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
