Provide user technical support and maintain IT assets for ABB

Tasks

-Install/configure and update software on users’ computers. -Manage technical support tickets submitted by users. -Perform tests and debug technical issues, working closely with IT team members. -Identify opportunities to improve internal IT-related processes and propose solutions. -Support the specific business applications used by the company, including troubleshooting and user assistance. -Participate in IT asset inventory management, including regularly checking physical inventory and updating records. -Perform maintenance and repair of computer equipment (if necessary), including computers, printers, and peripherals. -Provide technical support to the company’s users.

What You Bring

-Ability to analyze and diagnose Level 0 and 1 incidents. -Good stress and pressure management in crisis situations. -Basic knowledge of TCP/IP network protocols. -Bachelor’s degree in computer science. -Ability to work in a team and collaborate with other departments. -Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. -College diploma (DEC) in computer science. -Understanding of the Windows operating system (10, 11).
