Overview

Assist with CDM advisory, design, risk and health‑safety duties on residential projects.

Tasks

-Assisting the client in identifying, obtaining and collating the pre-construction information -Conducting Health & Safety site inspections Industrial -Preparing/reviewing the Health & Safety file -Submitting F10’s -Compiling and providing pre-construction information document for the client, design team principal contractors -Reviewing Construction Phase Plans -Producing and or reviewing project risk registers /designer risk assessments -Attending design team meetings/client meetings/progress meetings
