Tasks

-Foster a collaborative and highperforming team environment, mentoring engineers and supporting professional development. -Act as a primary engineering point of contact for internal stakeholders, clients, and third parties. -Oversee multidisciplinary engineering teams, coordinating across all engineering disciplines to deliver integrated and technically sound designs. -Provide technical and leadership support throughout all phases of the project lifecycle—from project definition and proposal development to detailed engineering and commissioning. -Interface regularly with project management, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure alignment and seamless project execution. -Ensure engineering deliverables meet applicable codes, standards, regulations (including EGBC), and client specifications.
