Tasks

-Arrange and coordinate tools, spares, and equipment for the sites. -Maintain exceptional standards of customer service, both internal and external. -Ensure all PPM, CM, and casual works are completed on schedule. -Train staff to uphold the highest standards of HSE practices. -To plan all works such as PPM, CM, and casual jobs as per SLA. -Ensure costs are aligned with the desired margins and profitability for each job. -Maintain proper documentation related to contracts and service reports.

What You Bring

-Three years Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering -Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities -Strong knowledge of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting). -Proficiency in preventive and corrective maintenance planning -Competence in workforce planning, task delegation, and performance monitoring -5+ years of experience, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory role within facilities management industry, preferably in the UAE -Proven experience handling annual maintenance contracts (AMC), PPM/CM scheduling, and stakeholder management -Effective communication and reporting skills
