-Work alongside an experienced team on a landmark project. -Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. -Maintain progress and resolve on-site issues promptly. -Manage subcontractors and ensure all works meet the client’s exacting standards. -Oversee and coordinate finishing works within the basement fit-out.

What You Bring

They are currently seeking an experienced Finishing Manager / Site Supervisor to assist with the completion of a luxury basement fit-out on a prestigious private residence in Wentworth. The basement includes a cinema room, swimming pool, and spa, requiring meticulous attention to detail. This is an immediate requirement for a professional who can take ownership of the fit out/finishing phase and ensure the highest standards of craftsmanship. -Immediate availability – candidates with long notice periods cannot be considered. -Valid CSCS and First Aid certifications preferred. -Liaise with the client and project team – this role requires resilience and strong interpersonal skills. -Proven experience as a Finishing Manager, Site Supervisor, or Foreman on high-end residential projects. -Initial contract for c. 3 months, with definite potential for ongoing work on future super prime projects in Surrey. -Strong technical knowledge of luxury finishes and fit-out processes. -Excellent organisational and communication skills.
