Tasks

-Delivering high quality services and ensuring that cost management deliverables meet Clients’ requirements. -Valuing completed work and arranging for payments. -Settling final accounts. -Administrating contracts as Contract Administrator or Employer’s Agent. -Providing senior technical advice on legal and contractual issues relating to construction projects. -Producing and presenting reports to Clients. -Advising on and implementing procurement strategies. -Advising Directors promptly of any issues that have arisen, or that might arise, on projects -Preparing tender documentation and managing the tender process, including designing tender marking schemes. -Delivering pre & post contract commercial managements services -Managing projects to deliver high quality services and deliverables in accordance with the Gleeds procedures.

Experience of building projects, hospitality and education Degree in Quantity Surveying 3+ years post graduate demonstrable experience in all aspects of quantity surveying Gleeds in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has an exciting opportunity, supporting a number of iconic programs in Riyadh. We are seeking a Quantity Surveying professional, who want to develop their career in a personable and professional environment. -Degree in Quantity Surveying -Who we’re looking for: Experience, Knowledge and Key Skills Working towards MRICS Chartership 3+ years post graduate demonstrable experience in all aspects of quantity surveying 3+ years’ experience with a consultancy organization Experience of building projects, hospitality and education Sound knowledge and practical experience of pre & post contract commercial management. Practical knowledge of construction procurement strategies, including tendering and contract strategies. Clear and effective communication skills - both oral and written Ability to absorb complex information and assess requirements readily Ability to work as part of a team Qualifications Degree in Quantity Surveying -Clear and effective communication skills - both oral and written -We’re creative and realistic -Working towards MRICS Chartership -Ability to work as part of a team -3+ years’ experience with a consultancy organization -Positively engaging with Clients and developing, growing and maintaining Client relationships. -Experience of building projects, hospitality and education -Ability to absorb complex information and assess requirements readily -Practical knowledge of construction procurement strategies, including tendering and contract strategies. -3+ years post graduate demonstrable experience in all aspects of quantity surveying -Sound knowledge and practical experience of pre & post contract commercial management.
