We’re looking for a hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance function at our busy manufacturing site. You’ll take charge of keeping our machinery and facilities running smoothly, driving preventative maintenance, and leading a small team of skilled technicians.

Keep machines & facilities in top condition
Drive preventative maintenance to reduce downtime
Lead & motivate the maintenance team
Ensure compliance with H&S and regulatory standards

Proactive problem-solver with a safety-first mindset
5+ years’ maintenance experience in manufacturing/industrial environment
Managerial experience with a “hands-on” approach
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical & hydraulic systems
Troubleshoot & resolve breakdowns fast
Knowledge of heating systems, CNC machinery, extraction systems, and sprinkler systems
