Tasks

-Troubleshoot issues and ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification. -Conduct daily site meetings and provide progress updates to senior management. -Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and material deliveries to ensure project flow. -Enforce site safety standards and compliance with DOB, OSHA, and Local Law 11 regulations. -Supervise day-to-day on-site operations for exterior restoration projects -Work closely with Project Managers to maintain schedules, budgets, and quality control.
