Tasks
-Lead corrective actions, address quality issues, and drive continuous improvement. -Lead and coordinate PPAP submissions for new and existing parts. -Support supplier development by providing guidance on Siemens quality requirements. -Review, approve, and maintain complete, accurate PPAP documentation in Teamcenter. -Serve as the primary contact for customer PPAP approvals, inquiries, and audits. -Identify and implement process improvements to streamline PPAP and enhance efficiency. -Maintain and update Control Plans, FMEAs, and Process Flow Diagrams. -Conduct supplier audits and assessments to verify compliance with Siemens, customer, and industry standards. -Perform quality inspections and validation of parts and components to ensure drawing and specification alignment.

What You Bring
-Expertise with GD&T -Knowledge of the integrated Management System (IMS) standards (ISO9001, 14001, 45001) -Mix of home office, plant, and supplier site work. -Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills. -Proficient in quality management systems and tools (e.g., Control Plans, APQP, FMEA, SPC). -High attention to detail and a strong commitment to product quality and continuous improvement. -Proven experience in PPAP coordination, supplier quality, or manufacturing quality assurance roles. -Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or industrial production environments. -Background in electrical, automotive, aerospace, or industrial manufacturing environments. -Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship -Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for collaboration with suppliers, customers, and multi-functional teams. -5 plus years’ experience with the following: -Excellent organizational, project management, and documentation skills. -Strong knowledge of PPAP requirements, root cause analysis, and corrective action processes. -Travel up to 35% may be required. -Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Management, or recognized STEM field (or 4+ years of equivalent experience). -Quality control, engineering and/or management. -Ability to interpret industry standards (ISO, ASME, ASTM, ANSI) -Proficiency in metrology applications and the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. -Strong knowledge of PPAP, APQP, and supplier quality processes. -Ability to lead several projects simultaneously and meet critical timelines in a fast-paced environment.
