Lead Workday product management, oversee lifecycle, mentor staff, drive integrations.

Tasks

-Partner with IT, consultants, and software vendors to specify, deliver, and maintain solutions and integrations. -Lead coordination and documentation of project activities including product introduction meetings, design review meetings, and user acceptance testing. -Manage product life cycle (including modifications, upgrades and maintenance) through end of life. -Creates performance plans, assess performance, and provide performance feedback. -Trains, mentors and manages assigned staff.

What You Bring

-Proven experience in product management, with a strong focus on Workday products. -6-10 years in Product Management or A/E/C industry technology solutions required. -Knowledge of software development methodologies a plus. -Workday certification is highly desirable.
