Overview
Lead design team for nuclear projects ensuring quality, schedule, budget, safety.

Tasks
-Oversee vendor deliverables to ensure quality and compliance with technical specifications. -Deliver all technical engineering tasks on time and within budget. -Serve as the primary contact for implementing interface requirements within the design. -Collaborate with cross-functional, multi-disciplinary project teams. -Coordinate and lead meetings (e.g., COMS, DCAVR) with stakeholders such as Procurement Engineering, as needed. -Report to the Project Engineering Manager to ensure project delivery meets schedule, budget, QA programs, codes, standards, and regulatory requirements. -Drive adherence of multi-discipline design team to the applicable Engineering Change Control (ECC) process. -Maintain consistency and quality across engineering design packages from all disciplines. -Review Asset Suite Design panels to ensure engineering updates align with client governance.

What You Bring
-Registered Professional Engineer with Professional Engineers Ontario, member in good standing. -Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment. -Working knowledge of pressure boundary licensing requirements and interface with TSSA/ CNSC. -Experience working in all phases of a project, including the conceptual design phase, preliminary engineering, detailed design, construction/installation, commissioning, and closeout. -Utility Design Engineer (DE) Qualification QID#33685. -Working knowledge of client Asset Suite/Maximo with active access rights. -Design Team Lead (DTL) familiar with the primary interface similar to Nuclear Utility Sector. -Must be available to participate in Worley’s Hybrid work schedule, 4 days in the office. -Engineering degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related discipline from an accredited University. -Detailed understanding of Utility (ECC) process and governance procedures. -Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills, with strong customer focus. -Have a valid nuclear security clearance.
