The Role

Overview

Install, verify, maintain, and support automation equipment for projects, traveling as needed.

Tasks

-Investigate service cases and propose solutions for hardware and software improvements. -Communicate effectively with the Implementation Project Manager and customers. -Install and verify equipment during implementation projects. -Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of products post-release. -Execute assigned upgrades on equipment. -Provide technical support for product transition to the service phase.

What You Bring

-Availability to travel. -Good communication skills. -Additional training and experience in electronics, mechanics, and maintenance. -Post-secondary Technical Education in Automation and Robotics, or equivalent. -Strong technical skills in electronics, electrical systems, robotics, vision systems, sensors, and basic pneumatics. -Proficiency in office software. -Familiarity with the medical/pharmacy industry is a plus. -Good communication and management skills.
