Tasks

-Provide guidance for progressive discipline. -Help in the recruiting and interview process for open positions as needed. -Assist with financial tasks such as invoice processing, expense tracking, and budget management, and coordinate with Accounting/Finance departments as necessary. -Address issues or concerns raised by warehouse staff or management. -Partner with HR for any Associate terminations. -Manage time and attendance of reporting Associates. -Maintain employee records according to regulations and requirements. -Troubleshoot administrative problems and implement solutions to improve office efficiency. -Provide administrative support to the site as needed. -Generate reports, compile data, and prepare documents or presentations for warehouse management to support decision-making and performance evaluation. -Coordinate and conduct onboarding of new Associates. -Aid in implementing safety protocols and compliance with workplace regulations, including maintaining safety documentation and coordinating safety training for staff.

What You Bring

-Proficient with MS Office programs, including Word, Excel and Outlook. -Stellar verbal and written communication skills. -High School Diploma or equivalent education. -Ideally fluent in both English and Spanish. -Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. -Prior experience as a leader or manager in an administrative role.
