Tasks

-Manage AWS/Azure best practice expectations and corporate standards -Provide input and expertise relating to cloud hosting solutions (full infrastructure design and management) -Develop new and enhance current shared public cloud services with consideration for Availability, Operations, Performance, Capacity, Security, and User Experience -Develop and maintain documentation including but not limited to architecture diagrams, service descriptions, build and deploy documentation and operations run book documentation -Provide technical escalation and mentoring to other team members -Transform requirements into operational designs -Identify and implement automation solutions -Where applicable, train operations team to provide Level 1/2 support for shared public cloud services, act as Level 3 escalation point -Attend and provide input on product planning sessions with internal development teams
