Tasks

-Claims and Disputes: handling claims and disputes efficiently, optimiz s ing revenue by resolving issues promptly and effectively. Your approach ensures that any potential financial impacts are minimized and that the project remains on track. -Financial and Cost Management: developing and implementing detailed cost management strategies aimed at enhancing value and profitability. -Negotiation and Tendering: leading on negotiations with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve advantageous commercial terms. Your role involves evaluating tender submissions meticulously to select the most suitable contractors and suppliers, ensuring the best value and quality for the projects. -Program and Contract Management: delivering complex commercial programs, ensuring they align with broader business objectives to enhance overall operational efficiencies. This includes managing all aspects of contract administration, such as Early Warnings (EW) and Compensation Events (CE), to ensure that all contractual obligations are met throughout the project lifecycle. -Work within collaborative teams to deliver outstanding results.
