-Operate drain snakes, hydro-jetters, camera inspection systems, and other diagnostic tools -Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and equipment used -Perform preventative maintenance and emergency services as needed -Inspect, diagnose, and resolve sewer and drain issues using industry tools and equipment -Provide exceptional customer service and explain findings and solutions clearly to clients -Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety standards
