The Role

Overview

Perform reactive maintenance & minor installations on building electrical systems.

Tasks

-To accurately maintain the site logs and associated paperwork. -Ensure a professional image of CBRE is presented to clients and visitors and ensure excellence in customer service is delivered and promoted at all times. -Carry out reactive repairs on all systems as required calling relevant sub-contractors as required. -Ensure that professional and technical skills are maintained through a commitment to personal development and life-long-learning. -To be involved in call out rota if applicable -Ensure that routine maintenance is carried out to all electrical / Mechanical systems to meet and exceed expectations and agreed service level agreements. -Liaise and work with other trade engineers to ensure electrical issues on all systems are attended to and resolved within SLA agreements -Ensure the provision of a safe & healthy working environment, and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as client site policies, procedures and working arrangements, as required. -Establish and maintain a good working relationship with the client representative and client’s personnel. -Ensure weekly equipment reports are updated with any change in status of equipment. -Liaise with sub-contractors as required for repairs / quotations, monitoring performance of sub-contractor personnel. Ensuring works have been undertaken correctly and work area has been left in a satisfactory condition. -Sign off completed PPM and reactive tasks via your PDA in line with client policies and procedures in a timely manner. -Understand and maintain the all systems on site -Ensure a professional image of CBRE is presented to clients and visitors and ensure excellence in customer service is delivered and always promoted.

What You Bring

-Must be reliable and able to work without supervision -A good basic education is essential, with good written and spoken English and basic mathematical skills. -Previous working within health and safety led role -Able to work under pressure -Current and relative knowledge of BS in relation to electrical systems on site Emerg ltg/Fire alarm/ power/BMS etc. -Recognized Electrical Qualification -Experience of working with business-critical equipment -Good timekeeping -Able to make sound decisions when needed -C&G 18 th Edition in Electrical Installations -Good Communication -Able to work within a call out rota -Good knowledge of various Building electrical systems and working to Planned Preventative Maintenance Regimes -Experience of electrical systems management and paperwork
