Support auditing, compliance, and performance tracking for pilot programs and new initiatives as they move from testing to broader implementation
Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and financial models that track program KPIs, initiative-level performance, and portfolio-wide impact
Assist with reporting and presentations for internal stakeholders and investors, translating analysis into clear insights, operational recommendations, and next steps
Collect and analyze data across ancillary initiatives (e.g., bulk internet, in-unit W/D, renter's insurance, utilities/solar, resident amenities) to assess adoption, impact on NOI, and resident experience
Perform vendor performance and contract audits for key categories (utilities, connectivity, insurance, procurement), maintaining SLA/term trackers, monitoring rebates and programs, and summarizing findings and recommendations
Support rollout of ancillary initiatives across the stabilized portfolio by coordinating with Portfolio Development, Stabilized, and Utilities & Procurement team members
Assist with research of market trends and emerging technologies in proptech, connectivity, EV, solar, utilities, and resident amenities, with an eye toward scalable pilots
