-Familiarity with portfolio management and resource allocation strategies. -Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being able to define and guide his/her own work under minimal supervision. -Project / Programme Management certification. -Experience of identifying, communicating and prioritising a pipeline of projects. -Ability to employ project management and visualisation tools for effective communication and collaboration. -Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving capability -Be an effective communicator and excellent report writing capability to ensure transparency and inform effective decision-making and prioritisation. -At least 4 years relevant technical experience. -Experience in a Project Management Office or similar organisational structure. -Strong track record of project management and delivery in cross-functional environments. -Strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail and quality orientation. -Third level qualification in a relevant discipline. -Demonstrated flexible working approach with ability to prioritise a wide range of demands and activities whilst maintaining a professional and positive focus.
