Tasks

You'll oversee subcontractor performance, managing costs, and making sure everything runs smoothly and compliantly behind the scenes. -Managing subcontracts - from drafting and issuing through to performance reviews and payments. -Managing contract variations and change control. -Keeping financials tight: WIP, CVRs, and contract P&L monitoring. -Maintaining accurate data and reports using systems like Maximo and COINS. -Driving commercial insight and identifying opportunities to add value.

Are you an ambitious QS or Commercial Manager? PT Renewables is looking for a proactive and commercially sharp Assistant Commercial Manager to join a friendly, high-performing team supporting a major Defence contract for a government client. -A solid understanding of subcontract management and commercial processes. -Confident Excel skills -A detail-focused mindset and an appetite for improving processes. -Experience in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management, ideally in FM or Defence.
