Tasks

-Maintain documentation including logbooks, checklists, and PPM schedules. -Generate daily reports and assist in service audits. -Coordinate with vendors and ensure adherence to site protocols. -Implement preventive maintenance programs and manage breakdowns. -Handle shift operations independently and assume AFM responsibilities when required. -Manage inventory of critical spares and consumables. -Support day-to-day operations of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), and civil systems.

What You Bring

-3–5 years of experience in facility or building operations. -Strong communication and reporting skills. -Technical expertise in facility operations. -Familiarity with safety standards and client service delivery. -Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems and maintenance practices. -Problem-solving and decision-making ability. -Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering.
