Tasks

-Develop and update technical documentation. -Analyze and interpret complex data sets with subject matter experts to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business performance. -Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Power BI development and data analytics. -Provide training and support to end-users on how to use and interpret Power BI reports and dashboards. -Design and develop custom business intelligence reports and dashboards based on business requirements and user needs. -Develop and maintain data governance and quality standards to ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting and analysis. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data models, ETL processes, and data visualization solutions that enable accurate and timely decision-making.

What You Bring

-Ability to work directly with stakeholders as a partner to identify key metrics, KPIs, and data sources for reporting and analysis. -Strong Excel skills, with knowledge of VBA preferred -BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field -Proficient in making complex queries for data extraction and transformation, preferably in M and DAX. -Experience with data modeling, architecture, and storage -5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, data analysis, or related field, preferably in industry. -Familiarity with multiple BI platforms (e.g. Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Oracle BI) -Knowledge of SQL queries, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) -Background in data warehouse design and data mining -In-depth understanding of database management systems, online analytical processing (OLAP) and ETL (Extract, transform, load) framework -Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative -Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. -Excellent in analytical thinking for translating data into informative visuals and reports. -Proficient in developing and customizing visual reports to meet and exceed client’s needs.
