Tasks
-Neighborhood and Community Parks Planning and Design -Production of CD sets including hardscape, planting, construction details, specifications, and bidding packages -Trail Planning and Design -Anticipate the needs of clients and projects -Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of landscape architects, planners, engineers, and others to provide management on a wide variety of public and private landscape architecture and planning projects. -Manage multiple projects of various scale and complexity simultaneously -Foster and promote a positive, team-oriented environment and office culture -Work with design teams and consultants through all design stages from concept through construction

What You Bring
-Excellent design skills -Urban Design and Placemaking -Construction methodologies and implementation -Ability to lead projects while meeting deadlines and budget requirements preferred -Familiarity preparing proposal/scope of work documents and reviewing invoices/submitting -Ability to travel periodically, primarily in state, to support project needs -Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited university -Well organized, detail oriented and highly motivated -Experience in master planning of parks, trails, and recreation is a plus -Proficiency with computer applications including AutoCAD, Land F/X, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office -Communicate effectively orally and in writing -At least 3 years of experience in Landscape Architecture
