Tasks

-Complete project subtasks that have clear, specified objectives and limited variables. -Interpret data (chemical analyses and historical investigation data) and summarize it in tables, charts, and maps. -Assist junior engineers in environmental remediation projects involving feasibility studies, pre-design investigation, remedial design, remedial action, and post construction activities.

What You Bring

-Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate environmental science, biology, environmental Engineering or related program -Attention to detail -Ability to work as part of a team -Have knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat. -Possess strong problem-solving and communication skills -Ability and willingness to perform physically demanding sampling tasks in adverse environmental conditions (rugged terrain, remote locations, hot and cold temperatures). -2.5 years completed toward a degree with a minimum of 3.0 GPA -Basic Microsoft Office skills -Strong commitment to safety, including following health and safety protocols -Work on diverse remedial engineering projects that will range from general field support during investigation/construction and soil/groundwater/air sampling to technical work that requires strong communication skills -Demonstrated knowledge of software packages related to the field of study/industry
