Tasks

-Collaborate with data architects, engineers, and analysts. -Communicating and promoting vacancies -Anticipating and providing reasonable adjustments as required -Analyze and document the existing legacy system. -Provide recommendations for future modularization and scalability. -Supporting any existing employee who acquires a disability or long term health condition, enabling them to stay in work at least one activity that will make a difference for disabled people -Ensure our recruitment process is inclusive and accessible -Rebuild and optimize data pipelines in Microsoft Fabric using PySpark. -Troubleshoot data quality and integration issues. -Offering an interview to disabled people who meet the minimum criteria for the job -Conduct forensic analysis of data transformations and dependencies.

What You Bring

A working Microsoft Fabric-based replication of the legacy solution, with supporting documentation and recommendations for future improvements. -Excellent documentation and communication skills. -Proactive, analytical, and delivery-focused. -Experience with large-scale data pipelines and Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold). -Familiarity with Azure Data Lake, Synapse, Power BI, and Fabric dataflows. -Able to work independently and collaboratively under tight timelines. -Strong proficiency in PySpark and modern data platforms (e.g., Microsoft Fabric, Azure). -Background in the energy/utilities sector or calculation-heavy environments is preferred. -Proven experience as a platform architect, data engineer, or senior data developer.
