The Role

Overview

Schedule facility maintenance, dispatch tasks, manage paperwork, and track metrics.

Tasks

-Interfaces with customers as necessary to clarify the scope of work requested and follows up with status updates as required. -Maintains work order logs for monthly reports, making changes as necessary to ensure accuracy. -Receives and schedules work orders from Regional Coordinators or on-site personnel, enters missing data, and modifies as necessary to ensure accuracy. -Schedules and maintains the safety matrix for team members. -Generates and dispatches weekly and monthly preventive maintenance tasks, tracking progress to ensure compliance. -Creates schedules and dispatches work to applicable team members on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. -Processes daily timesheets for the team and ensures correctness. -Assists in procuring materials and services, including issuing and maintaining purchase orders and invoices. -Generates metrics (graphs, charts, spreadsheets, etc.) using applicable software as directed by the Facility Manager. -Maintains filing systems to ensure proper record keeping.

What You Bring

-Valid driver’s license required. -Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. -Ability to effectively present information in individual and small group situations. -5+ years of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and CMMS-related work experience required. -Ability to read and comprehend instructions, including safety policies and procedure manuals. -Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. -Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with both management and field-level employees. -Associate’s Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or 5 to 10 years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
