Tasks

-Monitor integration progress against key performance indicators and financial targets, providing regular reporting to senior leadership and stakeholders -Identify, assess, and mitigate integration risks while developing innovative solutions to complex operational and organizational challenges -Prepare and deliver executive-level client presentations with influence and impact, positioning JLL as the trusted advisor throughout transition periods -Create high-quality written and verbal client communications, including critical whitepaper development, to maintain transparency and confidence throughout integration processes -Lead and coordinate cross-functional integration teams across multiple regions and business lines to deliver seamless company acquisitions -Develop and execute comprehensive integration strategies for global M&A transactions, ensuring alignment with JLL's strategic objectives -Collaborate directly with C-suite executives and senior client leaders to ensure integration efforts support broader business strategy and client relationships

What You Bring

-Proven track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects and managing cross-functional teams in global organizations -Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and integration planning tools -Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with ability to navigate complex operational and organizational challenges -Experience influencing senior executives and external stakeholders without direct authority -Minimum 7-10 years of experience in M&A integration, corporate development, or management consulting with demonstrated leadership success -Real estate industry experience or familiarity with commercial real estate markets and services -Second language proficiency beneficial for global client and team interactions -Professional certifications in project management (PMP) or change management preferred -Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred -Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions -Experience with GIS technologies, research methodologies, or economic forecasting -Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with experience in executive-level presentation development and whitepaper creation -Track record of successful client relationship management and business development activities -International business experience with understanding of global market dynamics and cultural considerations
