Tasks

-Establish and monitor the budget, manage the project team, and prepare schedules to ensure efficient use of resources -Manage 1 - 2 direct reports -Maintain an overview of the project team’s workload and commitments to successfully meet deadlines and balance resource utilization -Be responsible for all facets of product delivery to clients and be accountable for client satisfaction -At times you will be relied upon to be the senior designer on assigned projects -Have a strong understanding of the finances of the project and preparation of proposals -Focus on client interactions and meeting clients’ expectations -Responsible for planning, interpreting, organizing, scheduling, and managing projects through all phases of development -Oversee design development, production of working drawings, and construction administration on projects

What You Bring

-6+ years of Project Management experience -Excellent client-facing and communication skills (verbal and written), with experience presenting (you will often be required to present solutions directly to 'c-suite' level stakeholders) -AutoCAD and Revit experience needed -Minimum total of 10 years of experience as a mechanical engineer with an MEP background -7+ years of mechanical design experience -Expert understanding of the construction process and interpretation of construction drawings -Experience independently leading projects -Must have Time Management and scheduling skills
