The Role

Overview

Manage key solar tracker accounts, drive sales, proposals, and cross‑functional coordination.

Tasks

-Manage day-to-day interactions with key account stakeholders -Assist other NX teams and programs where possible -Identify and target key decision makers from both EPC and developer/owner -Facilitate customer semi-annual business reviews to review product portfolio and services, pipeline, etc -Collects and analyzes customer information for successful bid submission -Manager customer credit - compile exposure forecast for internal assessment and work with customer to provide financial justification. -Collaborates with internal cross-functional departments to ensure most optimal / winning bid strategies in a timely manner -Prepare and present customer proposals -Issue preliminary bids based on available project information with appropriate qualifications -Work closely with the team Director on creative deal structuring and bid strategy -Drive deal execution process to 100% close, including facilitating milestone handoff meetings -Maintain / update all your activity and relevant deal information in CRM daily -Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand relationships, identify new opportunities, and ensure long-term customer satisfaction. -Ensure accurate forecasts and data hygiene in the CRM system -Form excellent working relationships with other Nextracker departments, including Customer Applications, Cost Accounting, Logistics, and Engineering to ensure on-time delivery and best in class quality of all Nextracker products. -Collect quote feedback and ensure full VALUE of bid is considered by customer (ex: yield benefit, TrueCapture/Navigator) -Drive customer contract negotiations collaborating with a cross-functional team -Properly maintain customer and stakeholder expectations, ensure timely response to stakeholders

What You Bring

-Experience utilizing Salesforce, CRM and NetSuite, ERP -Ability to travel up to approximately 25% of the time, with additional travel as business needs require -Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint -Exemplary written and oral communication skills -Demonstrated attention to detail in a fast-paced, dynamic environment -Ability to execute and manage multiple tasks in parallel -Attention to detail -4+ years of solution based B2B sales preferred and or transactional sales, program/project management experience -Active ownership of all aspects of pre-sales business with your assigned customers -BS/BA in a business or technical field (MBA desired) -Proven analytical background -Ability to anticipate and quickly react to changing market conditions -Exceptional time management and multitasking skills
