-Innovation & Impact: Work on projects that push boundaries, drive sustainability, and create real-world solutions. -Provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to multi-disciplinary teams. -Maintaining and growing MJ's client base in the Northeast -Leading and presenting at meetings with clients, stakeholders, and contractors. -Delivering high quality products and superior client service. -Actively participating in industry organizations and events. -Managing, planning, and scheduling work efforts on multiple airport improvement projects.

What You Bring
-Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills. -Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an ABET accredited program with solid technical background. -Knowledge of and experience in Northeast aviation market, including funding sources. -Licensed Professional Engineer in NY. -Working knowledge of design software packages such as AutoCAD and Civil3D
