-Providing feedback on observations to senior management and minor work processes -Shadowing various facilities management teams to learn about the Veolia business and our customer contracts -Leading improvement programmes across a range of Facilities Management Contracts -Developing and rolling out a consistent approach to minor works across the Facilities Management sites

What You Bring

-Willingness to travel with occasional short stays away from home -Willingness to travel to training locations and potentially (if in a rotational role) relocate for role requirements -Degree-level qualification in any discipline with an interest in facilities management or business management (to be achieved by September 2026) -Excellent time management and organisational skills -Strong communication and interpersonal skills -Full UK driving licence -Ability to work as part of a team
